Today i drew with charcoal and pastels in life drawing. I started with quick charcoal gesture drawings of the figure, which were very easy but not very successful (the proportions were very bad). Afterwards, I focused on one part of the body and drew it in pastel. I drew several (5) of these, and I felt that this was very successful, and I also found the body much easier to draw this way. I liked using the Buff paper more than the Black, and I would really like to work with pastels again.
